    As a truck driver sometimes I don’t get time to eat full meal due to deliveries ,however since I came to this Peanut Crunch I get grab and go and continue with my work as it fulling too.

    #ManboxPeanutCrunch #PeanutPunch #FeedTheYouYouCanBe I work most weeks 7 days non stop, by Friday I’m very tired already and then I know it’s time to refuel, doing a few sit ups at my desk, stretching or just going outside for a few minutes enjoying the sunshine, and my favorite snack does the trick

    I always need q boost in the afternoons when you’re given all its take at gym and work and energy levels deplete, that’s my best time for a peanut butter boost. When I don’t have an energy bar,I cut an apple in 4, glide some peanut butter and it good to go.
