How do you introduce yourself?

“Hi im Lebo Richard Ndlovu, I’m a creative”, plain and simple then from there people pick as to what topic they want to speak about, why two names, how come the Ndlovu surname with a Sesotho name or the “but you look colored” line, or the “creative huh?”. Basically its always a conversation starter.

What inspires you to chase your dreams?

A lot, but mostly my upbringing. Where I grew up and people who against all odds work their way out of the circumstances they were brought up in. Not a lot of people make it out of Alex with receipts from pursuing their dreams.

Do you think any dude with a “brilliant” idea can be an Entrepreneur?

Yeap accompanied with patience, and if they are willing to die for that idea. If they are only looking to make a quick buck or celebrity status, its going to be short lived. Entrepreneurship is about solving problems and in most cases one has to start off by solving their own problems first before solving the world’s problems, eg; the biggest problem an entrepreneur can ever face is FUNDING, and I simply believe that if your truly are an entrepreneur, you’ll find legit ways to raise that capital/funding no matter how long it will take, instead of expecting it from family, the government and etc.

What wakes you up every morning besides your alarm?

Hahaha, I wont lie, its super hard for me to wake up most of the time but on days like that I remind myself of where I’d like to be in a few years from now and slowly convince my mind that the habits I keep now affect my future habits and abilities.

What’s your winning formula?

Patience + Perseverance multiplied by the willingness to always learn, for me makes the best formula. I can go on for days but I’ll leave it at that.

What’s next for you?

Ahhhh man, where do I even start. Well, taking the current talent agency that I’m running to the next level and using that as a platform to bring out dope content with substance to help more talent and provide quality content entertainment for people, along with building…(actually I cant mention that, it’s a top secret project that we’ve been working on for the past year, all I can say is, the team is working hard at developing this platform and as much as I can say its going to blow people’s minds, one will never know how SA will receive it, but that’s how the game is, its Entrepreneurship bro)

What’s your routine to stay looking fresh?

I make sure that I see my barber every 2nd week, my hair and beard are probably the hardest to maintain whereas everything else remains part of my daily routine; cleanse and moisturize for my skin, brush teeth, pray (yeap) and etc. I’m really trying to make the evening routines consistent as well, I’m getting there especially since I started riding, I’m exposed to dust and all sorts of things throughout the day so I try by all means to be clean when I hit the sack.

Is there such thing as a perfect guy?

Tough one, I do think though that we all have the ability to be the “perfect guy” through having qualities like love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, self-control, gentleness and patience. There’s just so much happening around us that we fail to aim for such qualities in our lives. It’s possible though.

If we had to put you in BOX – what would you remain as besides an entrepreneur or filmmaker?

A CREATIVE

Grand, grand, what do you think is Manbox?

Men’s easiest way to stay fresh and take care of themselves, unlike sway; it’s the best place to find all the answers from.
