How do you introduce yourself? 

I am Choaro Motshoeneng aka “the_bespoken”, a young, driven and ambitious black man who is a food, art and fashion lover. I enjoy traveling as I get to meet different people with different cultures and style as I believe your style is your personality.

Where do you get the time to juggle being a stylist, blogger and influencer?

I’m a man who believes in a philosophy that says “you have 24 hours in a day, use it wisely “. I prioritize and focus on the vital things in life. I manage to juggle studies, styling, blogging and influencing. Being an influencer is not a job as such to me because it’s my lifestyle, I live what I believe in and people get inspired by my lifestyle. Blogging, however, is a different story as I have to spend time and create content for different people because one has to cater for everyone when blogging about a day’s outfit or a certain product. People should find my content relatable and of good quality.

What makes you stand out as a Blogger?

Not only do I focus on the detail but also the actual flow of the content. Image quality is what makes a difference when coming to blogging. Another fact is that I blog about my work, I’m the actual person living the dream that I’m talking about e.g. I recently attended the best menswear trade show in the world named “Pitti Uomo” held in Florence, Italy. This is where brands go to showcase their latest menswear collection and to network with other influencers, stylists and brands.

What wakes you up every morning besides your alarm?

The excitement of a new day wakes me up, knowing that I can pursue my passion for fashion and my hunger to inspire young men to become proper, well-groomed gentlemen. I’ve always wanted to inspire people, but I never had the platform, now I have found my passion and I use that to inspire people. A well-groomed man with a properly tailored suit will forever be classic and never out of style.

What’s your winning formula?

My winning formula is staying true to myself but evolving every aspect of my life from health, inspiration, communication to wealth and knowledge.

What’s next for you?

More international work and collaborations and learning more about fashion and personality, that way I can gain more knowledge and share with the people here in South Africa. Inspire them to follow their dreams. A suit can change how a man walks and talks, it can increase his confidence level and once those have evolved, he becomes an evolved man.

What’s your routine to stay looking fresh?

Constant grooming, being elegant and simplicity in style is the key to staying fresh.

What’s your number ONE grooming product?

I’d say fragrance.

Is there such thing as a perfect guy?

In my opinion, there’s a perfect guy for every individual but never a perfect guy for everyone. It’s better to stay relevant and be the best man you can be.

If we had to put you in BOX – what would you remain as besides Blogger and Stylist?

An influencer in all aspects. I’m a family man so in that regard, to influence gentlemen to fight against children and women abuse.
