Ennock Mlangeni is Manbox Man Crush Monday

Ennock Mlangeni was born in the small rural village of Petrus Steyn in the Free State, Ennock couldn’t afford to study further after matric. Instead of throwing the towel, Ennock taught himself how to paint. In 2018 he won the 1st place for BIC pen master competition. Also worked with Ricoffy on their heritage project.The country got to know Ennock when he posted a picture he had created of renowned DJ Black Coffee on his social media accounts, and it went viral.

Ennock is a self-taught artist who uses waste to create his art and make a living. Influenced by his own life experience, Ennock believes in starting where you are with whatever little you have, build your dream.

What inspires you?

Experiences! I mean, everything that I go through plays a huge role to what I want to be.

What’s your biggest highlight so far?

Being the first artist to make coffee art popular in SA and being spotted by Ricoffy

What wakes up every morning besides your alarm?

My dreams. The burning desire to achieve more.

Using good products and always staying natural

Spray. It’s s good to smell good, it’s bonus when other prople can be able to get a taste of what you  use.

I would be me, cause I believe I am me before I am an artist.
