How Much Is Too Much Cologne?

Recently we recommended top 4 colognes for summer. Today we focus on the art of applying a cologne. I believe the should be a short course that educate men on applying a cologne. Buying a cologne is the easiest part, perhaps selecting the perfect one could be bit difficult. But knowing how much cologne to apply could be a tricky part, hence we have 3 basic rules for you:

#Rule 1: First impression lasts forever

This is a golden rule, cologne should be discovered not announced. Live by this rule and there will be great things said about you even in your absence. Too much cologne is quite a turn off. Are you getting less hugs and more handshakes from ladies lately? Perhaps it is about time you ask the assistance.

#Rule 2: Doused in cologne is a turn off

Just dab a little onto your neck, just above your collarbone and pulse points on your wrist. Bro, that should be enough. If you’re really afraid of overdoing it, spray one spritz in the air above you and walk through the mist it creates so that the scent is more evenly distributed.

#Rule 3: Let your body heat trigger the scent

Just because you’re not smelling it on you right after you put it on, don’t just add more. Cologne is for patient gentlemen that knows their limits. t can take a good 15 minutes for the scent to really sink in and react with your chemical makeup.
