November is Movember month and men all around South Africa and the world will be sprouting hair on their upper lips for a good cause. This month men come together to tackle mental illness, suicide, prostate and testicular cancer. This is an uphill battle that needs ALL of us men to express ourselves openly and support each other.

Bro, this is another good excuse not to shave for a month. It’s for a great cause. Nowadays the issues pertaining men aren’t as “urgent” as other matters. The voice of men is slowly shrinking in society — the #MenAreTrash movement is forcing all men to question their values. This is a wake-up call for men who have been abusing their power.
