Is It “High” Time?

The highly anticipated (see what I did there?) court ruling on weed is celebrated by most South Africans. As always the majority didn’t even attempt to understand the T&Cs of the ruling. Half of those people will realise when they get arrested for smoking the ‘devils lettuce’ in public. The other half will be confused once they’re in hot water for being found in possession of more than 100 grams.
