It’s the month to raise awareness to you, gents!
Movember is an annual event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of men’s health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s suicide.
When it comes to their health, too many men don’t talk, don’t take action, and die too young.
Join us this November and help men live happier, healthier, longer lives. You can help change the face of men’s health.
Check out the Men’s Foundation who collaborate globally and locally to advocate in order to positively influence the average life expectancy of South African men.

My message to other Men out there is that we need to talk openly about mental health. Suffering in silence isn’t a safe or healthy option for us men and our friends. Check in with them. Ask them how they’re feeling, especially if one of them has experienced a recent event that could trigger depression. Look for changes in his behavior and watch out for depression symptoms. If you think someone you love has depression, offer your support, listen, and be patient. Encourage him to talk to his doctor or a mental health professional, or you can help him find treatment services in his area. Living with depression can feel overwhelming and isolating, so let him know he’s not alone. Help is available, and he can feel better. #MenStandTogether

Men’s Mental Health is always neglected and it’s about time this matter gets addressed.
Men’s emotions are neglected and it’s about time this matter is addressed.
The movember awareness.i feel like it’s one of those topics men cant speak freely of.its somehow seen as taboo so reading this article helped me in a way.

As men we tend to shy away from our problems because we feel like it’ll make us vulnerable in the eyes of society but I think there is nothing wrong with being vulnerable and having the ability to feel and share whatever it is your suffering with and seeking for help to better your health either physically or mentally or emotionally.
I remember early this year I was showing symptoms of prostate cancer, I was afraid to even talk to my girlfriend about it, thinking that she’ll leave me or she’ll think I’m gonna infect her or something but as soon as I talk to her, she was always there for me and when through the process with me.
All I’m saying it’s very important to talk about what’s bothering you so that you can get help.
I’m all in to help men live longer happy and healthy life.
This is my favorite article as it reminds me of what I went through and how I conquered it🙌🏾💯
