From tribal house to techno, deep house and afro-infused house. Over the years, the genre has been responsible for packing dance floors and creating memories in the minds of countless house heads in the country.
Soul music embedded in our people
Ami Faku is one of South Africa’s fastest rising stars, her being that of modern Afro soul blends soul with modern pop and traditional Afro soul sensibilities. Born and raised in township in Port Elizabeth, rose to fame as a contestant on The Voice SA in 2017 and began getting recognition in the music industry.
We all know that our favourite music track has the unique ability to shape and change our mood. We draw positive energy from the sound of music. It embodies the way we react to the world and we can’t help but move to the beat.
