Anele Papu (model and photographer) is #Goals when it comes to working out. With everything going on right now, one wonders where he finds the time, but he does.
“They can steal your plans, business, and ideas, but God didn’t bless the plans. He blessed you. Wherever you go, you carry the blessing”
Too often, we give excuses about why we can’t go on that run, take that hike or stick to that meal plan, Papu knows how to maintain his six-pack. Here are a few tips on how to master workout and diet discipline.
Dude, you can exercise three times a day but if you’re not eating properly then you’re doing it wrong. The trick is about eating healthy, drink water, and go on about your business fam as Papu would caption it.
Anele believes that abs are made in the kitchen. Who would argue with him? The results says it all. We can’t wait for him to share about how he got here “the story isn’t a nice one but what matters is changing the negative into a positive” he says.

THE HARD PART
When it comes to working out, the most important thing is to know what works for you. If you dig running like Anele or an all-round fitness enthusiast? Figure that out, then focus on being consistent.
Bro, your gym swag is also important. It’s not about the brand or color of your clothes — what matters is that you’re comfortable to exercise. Looking good also influences how you feel. So, if it’s vests and tights or baggy pants with a cap, wear what will make you comfortable when working out.
How are you maintaining your abs during this pandemic?
