Health Benefits Linked to Moderate Drinking of Craft Beer

Red wine is probably the only spirit you indulge with less guilt. The god news is, also craft beer has cool health benefits linked to moderate drinking. It doesn’t hurt to always put an effort to dig up about the food we eat or the spirits we drink. The recent study recommends healthy drinking is only five beers a week—from 14 per week for men and seven per week for women.
