    Awesome, I have a few apps that I use for training plus I go to gym too but on days that I skip gym I make good use of the online workouts. Thank you Manbox for the tips.

    I have been exercising from home lately. It forces me to be disciplined tham being out in the open. Almost a “if I don’t prove this to myself than why even” thought process. It helps.
